I know someone in the shelter in place area, and he has helicopters flying over, and saw some police with machine guns wandering about....definitely tense moments.

Wow, hope it all plays out the best way possible.
Last year there was a schizophrenic man no longer on his meds running all over the Bay Area and upper Central Coast... stole many cars and assaulted several police officers and civs. At one point, he was right in my area—my exact neighborhood, in fact. Best part is, his name was Dmitri Storm. Thankfully he was apprehended instead of shot down or something.

Shelter in place? Oh thats right since Boston bombing bad people on the loose now justifies Marshall Law.
